To follow up on a previous review. After 2 months on the waitlist, the warranty company (not Frigidaire) sent by Frigidaire spent 2.5 hours repairing the refrigerator. They installed the 4th compressor to go into the unit, plus a new evaporator. Now the next day, instead of maintaining a temperature of only 50 degrees, it is maintaining a temperature of 70 degrees. (The review requires an attached pic, so I am attaching a pic of the digital thermometer reading).Per the request by Patrick in the response, I had called in to talk to customer service. They apologized for my inconvenience. I mentioned that I believe that I must have received a lemon, and could it be replaced. The customer service rep said that until they tried three times, there was nothing that Frigidaire could do. I was also told that she would have a rep call me back within 24 hours. NO ONE called, and I had no missed calls on the cell number I provided.So, after the third try, the refrigerator is a useless stainless steel box that rots food. No one has contacted me or my wife. This is a follow-up to a previous review - you can search for my other review.

I had the previous model of this fridge, but when it had been 10 years, I sold it and upgraded to this new model. I like that I can fit many gallons of milk in it, and it has a lot of storage space in the door. The bottom drawers are smaller than the previous model, but I guess that's because the door shelves are deeper. I chose not to use the water feature, but it's there if you want a cold water dispenser. Overall, it's a great fridge. If I could change one thing though, it would be to keep the door shorter like the previous model. The door comes to just a couple of inches from the floor. I keep banging my feet when I open or close the door.

brand new refrigerator bought less then 6 months before it went out. When i contacted Frigidaire customer service/ warranty department they first sent me to a company that wasn™™t in business any longer then wanted to send me to sears that was going to take 2 weeks to come out and repair. After i paid out of my own pocket to a local appliance repair company the same fridge went out again two weeks later. When i contacted costumer service again they where little to no help sending me a ™sears™ technician that I would have to wait 4 days to come and look at it. When asked i suggested to get my own service done and be paid back for the service they said they could not. Saying that I™™m upset does not come close to the frustration I have with this company and product. Their lack of care and understanding to a customer that purchased a brand new unit for their brand new house and they can™™t do anything but transfer me to a third party costumer service system that is no help is dumbfounding.

The only great thing about this single door fridge/freezer is the size and it™™s well lit inside. The style is lacking a bit with the door condiment holders and the depth is shorter than the last model so it definitely doesn™™t hold as much.

In my nearly 40 years since graduating college, this is, by far the most unreliable refrigerator I have ever owned. The third compressor counting the original one, has again failed, and the certified warranty repair company came out to inspect and order the 4th compressor. This time, they say that they will also try to replace the evaporator. I am told that this is a trick procedure, because Frigidaire went to aluminum piping, which requires special tools to join it to the copper tubing of the dryer. Repairs are really slow. We have averaged the loss of the refrigerator for 2-3 months every 6-8 months. This is really too bad, because we love the design and features.The additional heartburn, is that Frigidaire™™s column refrigerator is a non-standard design, so I cannot go to another brand, because the standard is 84™ tall, and either 30™ or 36™ wide. Almost No One makes 32™ to 33™ column refrigerators.

Love the perpetual ice set up in the freezer along with the water dispenser in the refrigerator. Water comes out nice and chilled. Love the drawer and shelf set up in both as well. In 2020, we bought a matching set of your refrigerator and freezer. They were a stunning addition to our new kitchen and given our positive experience with Frigidaire appliances in our Miami condominium™"where they functioned flawlessly for over 20 years™"we had grand expectations.However, after about a year, the refrigerator stopped working. To address the issue, we bought an extended warranty, yet over the next two years, we endured seven repair visits. Eventually, after much difficulty navigating your customer service process, I was informed that my refrigerator would be bought back. Using those funds, I purchased a new refrigerator to match my existing freezer.Unfortunately, upon delivery, I discovered that the new refrigerator was about half an inch shorter than the freezer. When I contacted your support team regarding this discrepancy, I was given the absurd explanation that my floor was sinking™"an impossibility in my brand-new home. Despite my attempts to clarify this, I received no further assistance. To resolve the issue myself, I purchased a new freezer to match the replacement refrigerator, only to find that the handles were different, further disrupting the uniformity of my set.This entire process has been incredibly frustrating due to the lack of support and accountability from your team. And now, just two weeks ago, the new refrigerator has stopped working. While it is still under warranty, I have been waiting over eight days for a necessary part. Although I also purchased an extended warranty for both the new refrigerator and freezer, I am now left with a $4,000 appliance that cannot cool below 60 degrees.To make matters worse, your customer service team has been difficult to reach and, when available, has been condescending and unhelpful. Too new to tell if it™™s good. This is a replacement for older model that became too expensive to fix after only 7 years. No choice but to get a new one since the space is custom for the size. They should last longer than 7 years and the price has almost tripled which is ridiculous.

Tube that comes from water inlet valve just randomly broke at 3 yrs old and leaked gallons of water into my basement. This happened 6 months after the freezer developed a leaking ice maker line that is not repairable. Save the headaches, buy something nicer if your plan on designing a kitchen around these units. Complete garbage and TERRIBLE customer service when I attempted to contact them. Very frustrating.

Our new fridge couldn™™t be better! The new handle design over our previous professional model is much sturdier and is easier to grab. When opening the door, closing it and then needing to grab something else, there is no longer a vacuum lock like our previous Frigidaire Professional. This is great so you don™™t need to jerk or feel like you™™re getting a workout to reopen the door. The lighting is great and there is plenty of well laid out storage with the adjustable bins in the door. We also love the inset water dispenser as it is completely non-intrusive. All in all, we couldn™™t be happier!

We have one single door Fridge and one single door Freezer next to each other in our kitchen and couldn™™t be happier with the size of both! The Fridge has interior touchscreen options that disappears when not being utilized. It also has the most unique pop-out filtered water dispenser that is hidden and doesn™™t take up any space. Since I moved into this new home my refrigerator water dispenser hasn't work. the product is under warranty. The repairman been here 7 times and still cannot resolve this issue. The 1800 number for repair that I call are very unhelpful and since there is no accountability they hang up the phone when they reach a dead end. I am very unsatisfied with how I am being treated. I am now thinking to take legal action if this unit is not replaced. Thank you

Was a great fridge until the 2 year and 9 day mark when it started making a thumping noise. Woke up to water all over the kitchen floor. Drywall soaked. Pan not evaporating. Inside the fridge the white shell has some sort of bizarre cracking going on. Called up Frigidaire spent numerous hours on the phone. Sorry you™™re 9 days out of the warranty grace period there is nothing we can do. Just over 2 years for a $3200 fridge is unacceptable and frigidaire will do nothing. Not even any US reps to help and they refuse to transfer you. Tell you to write to an address in North Carolina. Horrible.
